Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy or use RotoCut, WordPop, Velocity, PodSwitch, Tidy, Pinpoint or Quick FX (the "Software") from Cutframe (operated by Shreyash Chougule), "we" or "us". By buying or installing the Software you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

The Software is a set of panels (extensions) for Adobe Premiere Pro. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the version you bought, for your own and your clients' projects, including commercial work. The Studio Bundle includes all six tools plus Quick FX; the Mac Bundle includes WordPop, Velocity, PodSwitch, Tidy and Pinpoint plus Quick FX. The Cutframe Kit is free and has no license key.

2. License

• One license is for one person. You may install it on up to two computers you use.
• You may not resell, share, publish or give away the Software, its installer or license keys, or try to remove its license checks.
• Videos you make with the Software are yours. We claim no rights in your footage or output.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the website in Indian rupees or US dollars. Before launch, early-bird orders are sold at a lower price, to anyone, until launch day starts (31 October 2026, 00:00 India time), and are delivered by email on launch day; after that, regular prices apply. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or bank details. Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency and charge its own fees.

4. Delivery

The Software is delivered digitally by email. See the Delivery Policy.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the Software. Early-bird orders can also be cancelled for a full refund any time before launch day, or if they arrive late. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Updates and support

Your purchase includes free updates for the version you bought and support by email. New major versions may be sold separately.

7. Requirements

The Software needs Adobe Premiere Pro 2022 or newer, on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or on an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer) with macOS 14 or later. RotoCut also needs an NVIDIA graphics card and runs on Windows only. The Mac versions are in final testing on Apple Silicon Macs. We only deliver a Mac version once it has passed our tests on a real Mac. If the Mac version you ordered isn't ready on launch day, you choose: a full refund, or wait for it. Please check these, and try the free trial on your own computer (available from launch day), before buying.

8. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or suit every project. Always keep backups of your projects and footage.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data or time.

10. Trademarks

Adobe, Premiere Pro and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe Inc. Cutframe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of the city in our registered address, after we have first tried to resolve it with you by email.

12. Changes and contact
