Delivery Policy

RotoCut, WordPop, Velocity, PodSwitch, Tidy, Pinpoint and Quick FX are digital software. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive it

After your payment succeeds, we email you at the address you gave Razorpay with:

• A download link for the installer (Windows, or Mac where available)
• Your license key
• Simple install steps

When

Before launch (early-bird orders, and Quick FX bought before launch): by email on launch day (2 November 2026). If yours hasn't arrived by then, you can cancel for a full refund. You'll see a confirmation page right after paying.

After launch: within 12 hours of payment, usually much sooner.

Mac versions: The Mac versions are in final testing on Apple Silicon Macs. We only deliver a Mac version once it has passed our tests on a real Mac. If the Mac version you ordered isn't ready on launch day, you choose: a full refund, or wait for it.

Didn't get it?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there 12 hours after it was due, email chouguleshreyash003@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll resend it right away.

Lost your installer or key? Email us any time and we'll send them again for free.
